Our Baby Einstein...

I only say that because his hair is looking a lot like Albert's these days. It looks frayed and frizzy sometimes and I always think of Albert Einstein. Ha. I do apologize to those of you that would like to read about something other than Trey, but since I spend 24 hours a day with this precious bundle, thats about all there is to blog about. (I will in fact be blogging about my Bringing Back the Waistline progress soon though.) He has been in a wonderful mood lately and we have so much fun together.
I had been rocking him to sleep every single night because I couldn't bear to put him down in his crib and let him cry. We would try it for like 10 minutes and then I just couldn't stand it. At church on Sunday, in the amazingly wonderful "cry room" (where all the mom's take the loud babies but can still listen to the service and watch it through the glass...) I met a woman who said to try getting him drowsy and then putting him down and just sit by his crib if its needed but not to pick him up. It was so hard at first because I love to hold him when he falls asleep and goes limp in my arms, but he was really needing to learn how to get himself back to sleep in the middle of the night instead of waking me up 3 and 4 times. Well, praise God. After about 10 minutes of moaning/crying he went to sleep and has been doing well with it and sleeping GREAT ever since. Thank you Janine! Here are some pictures of his cute new outfit that a sweet friend Barbara got him and then some pictures of us having fun today.
