Kangaroo Jacks

So we have been promising Trey for a few days that we would take him somewhere really fun. Things have been crazy, and its been so hot outside that we haven't been able to go out and play (his skin gets really bad when he gets too hot...poor little dear). Believe it or not, today it was hotter inside our house than it was outside. Our A/C went out last night and so it has been really rough. The fan will go on for a minute and then cut off, so we don't know whats going on with it. Praise the Lord we have a home warranty so they will come and fix it, but they won't come until Monday. Grrr....anyway, we took Trey to this great little place called Kangaroo Jacks. Its a huge warehouse full of inflatables. He thought it was just the best thing ever. I wanted to get on them and play so bad, but I guess I'll have to wait until Mary Grace is born!
Then, to top the night off, I made him his first ever chocolate chip cookies (they were made with natural sugar and spelt flour). We really try not to give him a lot of sweets, but I just couldn't resist making him some cookies. He loved them too much! We will definitely be doing another trip to Kangaroo Jacks again soon and making some more of those yummy cookies. Yay for fun family days.
